For this feature on neo-conceptual artist Jenny Holzer, I served as both author and designer, crafting an editorial layout that mirrors the raw, interventionist style of her iconic text installations. I structured the visual landscape using stark typographic treatments, abrasive blocks of contrast, and unexpected placements to echo how her art disrupts public space. The visual and textual narrative intentionally centers on her investigative and humanitarian impact, shedding light on how she weaponizes language against systemic injustice and sexual violence. By embedding her piercing, fragmented phrases directly into the layout grid, I created a raw, confrontational reading experience that stays deeply loyal to the anti-authoritarian spirit of her lifework.
